THE VENUE : AMAZING VIEW!!! THE LODGE at Lake Guntersville is in the State Park. It is over looking Lake Guntersville. It is very pretty during sunset for sure. You can find this by using google and check out the area!!
We HIGHLY recommend you arrive early (day before the event!). Even a few days to EXPLORE the area!!!!

Please note that room rates are subject to lodging tax, city and state surcharges, as well as a 4% resort fee. Rates reflect occupancy by up to 2 people. There is a $10.00 per person charge for each additional person. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and your guests may check out any time before 11:00 am.
You can arrive early (SEPT 18, 2024) and join us for the VIP dinner (you must reserve your spot CLICK HERE).
We have several rooms BLOCKED however these could go by quickly.
Knot Working Tiny Town & RV Park
Tiny Homes on wheels. This place is about a 30 minute drive from the event.

These are fully furnished units. We have several unique tiny homes each with its own theme. We are offering All Decked Out, Heron Haus, Bearly Working and Balsam Bunglow for the Southern Charm Real Estate Conference attendees. We are 5 minutes from the lake and downtown Guntersville, 40 minutes from Huntsville International Airport. We offer 399 sqft with a spacious queen bedroom, plus a two twin loft, full kitchens and plenty of parking.
