JOHNNY LYNUM


Johnny Lynum is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force who has served for over 19 years as a developmental engineer and intelligence offi cer. He is also an Author, Philanthropist, Seasoned Real Estate Investor, and Coach. Johnny has actively invested in real estate since 2006 and has purchased and sold single and multifamily properties across the SouthEast. Johnny has over 115 doors in his $10M+ real estate portfolio primarily located in the Panama City, FL, and Alabama real estate markets.


Through his military service, Johnny has gained tremendous experience by leading diverse teams in deployed environments and managing a $1.3 billion dollar development contract. These skills have been instrumental in his ability to scale his real estate investing business while still actively serving our country full-time.


Johnny's primary specialties include project management, marketing, operations, fi x and fl ipping, and creative fi nancing for real estate deals. Today, he is the Founder of Lynum Enterprises, the company launched in 2015 with a dedication to buying and selling real estate across the SouthEast in the real estate markets where Johnny has lived and across his home state of Alabama.

JENNIFER STEWARD

 

 With 9 years of  expertise in off-market real estate acquisitions, Jennifer is a  full-time commercial real estate loan broker and owner of Phone Phone  Phoenix Agency, with hundreds of virtual assistants dedicated to finding  deals off market and funding deals across the country while delivering  exceptional value to clients. 


Licensed under eXp Commercial’s referral  division and certified under the National Commercial Real Estate  Association (NCREA), Jennifer brings a wealth of industry knowledge and  strategic insight to every transaction.

RICK BRESLER

  

  

Rick Bresleris the Founder and CEO of Katy Capital Investments LLC and KCI Funding LLC, both based in Katy, Texas. His companies specialize in providing strategic financing solutions for real estate investors, including funding for rehab projects, new construction, manufactured homes, Padsplit, investor 30 year refinances and purchases. They also offer traditional mortgage products such as 


Reverse Mortgages, Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas, earned in 1979. Following graduation, he spent over 35 years in the Oil & Gas industry, serving in executive and project leadership roles across all phases of the business. His work included overseeing large-scale international projects and leading teams in complex conceptual, front-end engineering and detailed design phases.

Augie Byllott

  

Augie Byllott is a man on a mission. One of his primary goals is to influence the gifting of $1 Billion dollars for charity over the next 20 years. He’s a husband, father, and grandfather and with his wife of 34 years, Audrey, they seek to make a positive impact in the world by living their legacy rather than worrying about leaving one.  He has trained thousands of real estate investors, published two real estate investing books available on Amazon, and is the founder of Common Wealth Trust Services, LLC, a land trust and trustee services company. 

  

Since 2017 he has served on the Board of Chair the Love, a 501c3 organization that provides the gift of mobility by delivering container loads of wheelchairs around the world. He likes to say, “These wheelchairs don’t only provide mobility, but freedom, dignity, and hope.”


Upon arriving in Florida in 2003 from New York, he began investing in real estate and has been able to help improve neighborhoods, one house, one family at a time. After completing 600 transactions with only 2 bank loans, he developed the W.E.A.L.T.H. System™ which he’s taught to investors across the USA. It’s a simple system for doing virtually every type of real estate deal. Augie is the one of the nation’s leading experts on creative financing and helping everyday people build financial freedom with real estate. The two mantras for which he’s become known are the TEA Principle which stands for Take Effective Action and Play Full Out. Those two concepts have guided his business and his life.

BRIAN TRIPPE

  

Brian Trippe is a real estate entrepreneur from Birmingham, Ala., who has over 500 real estate deals since beginning his investing career in 2012.

From 2013-2018, Brian owned and operated one of the largest wholesale businesses in Alabama while also building a rental portfolio of close to 100 properties.

He has done just about every type of real estate transaction imaginable, focusing primarily on options and seller/creative financing.

In 2017, Brian started a real estate investor’s club in his hometown of Birmingham, which quickly grew to one of the largest in the country.

Brian has written two books on real estate and currently mentors aspiring real estate investors through his real estate club, his YouTube channel, and his private mastermind and coaching groups.

Tom & Michele McFie

NATE HARE, CISP

Executive Director at Directed IRA. Nate is a 10-year veteran in the selfdirected IRA space, spending most of his career as an executive, educator and public speaker. 


Nate is a C.I.S.P. (Certified IRA Services Professional), a licensed loan officer, and has experience in real estate and business development. Nate has been a real estate investor since 2002, a private lender since 2014, and has personally overseen thousands of self-directed IRA investments involving real estate, promissory notes, private equity, private stock and more.


Nate is an expert on the topic of self-direction and has been a contributor to US News and World Report, Fox Morning News, and has spoken at hundreds of real estate conferences, REIAs, webinars and podcasts. 


Nate was also named to the Top 100 People in Finance by Top 100 Magazine in 2019.

Joey English is a professional landlord and SFH flipper in NW Georgia.  He specializes in mobile home investing and creative deal structuring.  


Fun fact, Joey has never applied for and received a mortgage to  purchase a house in his life. That being said, He and his beautiful wife  Ashley have been successfully buying and holding houses and mobile  homes since 2010. Joey is the father to four wonderful children, ages  from 3-12. And because of real estate he has the freedom to be present  in their lives.

JEFF HOLST

 Jeffrey Holst is an attorney, an author, a public speaker, a  podcast host and a real estate investor. He has appeared on hundreds of  podcasts and radio shows, where he has shared his incredible story of  overcoming adversity and living an extraordinary life. 

In  spite of multiple life threatening illnesses, he has still found a path  to climb to the highest point in Africa, swim with wild dolphins in the  Red Sea, dodge sharks while diving at night in Australia, and hike among  seals and penguins in Antarctica. 

JILLIAN SIDOTI

  Jillian Sidoti is a serial entrepreneur, capital-raising strategist, and  the co-founder of Last Life Ever, a movement dedicated to helping  people live with purpose, financial freedom, and adventure. She has  built and sold multiple seven-figure businesses and has raised millions  in capital for real estate deals across the country. Jillian is also a  partner at Investor Attraction Academy, where she teaches investors how  to find, build trust with, and secure funding from high-net-worth  individuals ethically and effectively.

STEVEN HAMILTON

    

Steven C Hamilton II is the founder and CEO of Hamilton Tax and Accounting, a nationally recognized firm based in Grayslake, Illinois. Since 2013, Steven has dedicated his career to helping thousands of clients—from families to large businesses—navigate complex tax challenges, save money, and implement effective financial strategies. Under his leadership, the firm has grown substantially, earning a reputation for first-rate communication, service, and financial stewardship.


A federally licensed Enrolled Agent, Steven specializes in advanced tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll services, with a particular focus on real estate investors and small business owners. SAM RICCI

 Sam is an investor and real estate attorney who has been practicing law for 15 years. Though she focuses primarily on real estate law now, 5 of those years were devoted to estate planning and elder law. She has seen the consequences families face when disaster strikes and they’ve made no contingency plans. She will talk to us about why estate planning is important, particularly for investors, what happens without any planning, and what steps you should be taking now to protect yourself and your loved ones.     


BRYAN MADDEX

  

Bryan Maddex has distinguished himself  in the mortgage industry, ranking in the Top 1% Nationwide as a  Mortgage Loan Officer, with a career total exceeding $1 Billion in  loans. In 2020, he broke company records by closing the highest number  of loans in a single month, amounting to over $100 Million in  production. His expertise spans working with first-time homebuyers to  seasoned investors, specializing in investment transactions through both  conventional and Non-QM loans like DSCR across the  nation.

In 2024, Bryan transitioned from  working at Independent Mortgage Banks to becoming a mortgage broker.  This shift has allowed him to collaborate with over 220 lenders,  ensuring he can match each investor with the best lending solution.  While  the average Loan Officer relies heavily on one lender for over 80% of  their loans, Bryan has diversified his approach, closing loans with more  than 40 different lenders, showcasing his adaptability and  client-focused strategy.

Beyond his professional career, Bryan  and his wife Laurie ventured into real estate investing in 2001,  currently managing a portfolio of short and mid-term rentals. They also  utilize a Checkbook Self-Directed IRA for further investment  opportunities. Together, they reside in the Carolinas with their four  boys, blending family life with their real estate endeavors.
